JOB DESCRIPTIONS*:


COOKS
Responsible for food preparation according to our menu items with daily specials and food preparation for special events. Keeping an up to date inventory. Responsible for ordering supplies as needed. Cleanliness of kitchen. Must be flexible with work hours and work days.


WAITPERSON
Responsible for serving our quests: Providing them with excellent service always with a smile. Helping the cook with set ups and helping with the washing of dishes. Must be flexible with job duties and willing to fill in other capacities such as Housekeeping when needed.


HOUSEKEEPING
You will be responsible for the cleaning of our 14 units. Most of our guest are here for a week so you will be responsible for taking care of their lodging needs providing them with clean linen each day and cleaning their rooms while they are here and upon departure. You will also be responsible for the cleaning of our main Lodge along with the waitperson. Must be flexible with job duties. You may be required to fill in other capacities such as yard work or Waitperson when needed.


WRANGLERS
This job is one that a person needs the knowledge of working around animals (horses & mules) on the trail with inexperienced riders of all ages. On a normal day, you may find yourself feeding, saddling, doctoring, packing and anything else involved with stock as well as duties that revolve around our Lodge. You will be required to have a First Aid/CPR card, and upon employment, a guides license. Experience with floating rivers (fishing, scenic floats) a plus.


RIVER GUIDES
Knowledge of boating and fishing (spin, fly) in Drift Boats and Rafts. We float fish and Clark Fork River (calm water with occasional rapids). We also have a stocked pond where you may find yourself assisting beginners of all ages in learning how to cast (spin, fly) and other techniques. You will also be required to have a CPA/First Aid card and upon employment, a guides license. ( Experience with horses a plus.)
